At The Canine Collective, all of our products are made to order, which means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

However, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will gladly replace the item or offer a refund.

Eligibility for Redfunds or Replacements

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item or design due to a printing or fulfillment error.

Requesting a Refund or Replacement

  • A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
     

We will review your request and provide further instructions. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size chart before purchasing)

  • Slight variations in color or print placement, as these are normal in the printing process
